Keeper of The Game Night at South Lafourche High School set for April 13

The Keeper of The Game Foundation is excited to announce Keeper of The Game Night at South Lafourche High School in Cut Off, La. on Friday, April 13.

SLHS will be hosting South Terrebonne High School in district play at 6 p.m. and will have some very special guests. The Tarpons have invited kids and adults with special needs and disabilities, along with their families. The kids are welcome to be on the field before the game for pregame ceremonies and the singing of the National Anthem.

“Keeper of The Game is a great organization to promote baseball to children with special needs,” SLHS Head Coach Andrew Ravaglia said. “We hope to lead the way in Louisiana for Keeper of The Game events and servant leadership.”

There will be silent auction items provided by Keeper of The Game and SLHS. Keeper of The Game T-shirts and bracelets will be available for purchase. Proceeds from ticket sales and concessions will also go to Keeper of The Game.

“We are super proud to be teaming with Coach Ravaglia and the Tarpons,” Keeper of The Game Executive Director Bryan Hoctor said. “It is an excellent opportunity for kids with special needs and disabilities from the area to be on the field with South Lafourche High School players. It will be a great experience for the players, as well as the coaches and fans. Thanks to Coach Rav and the team for putting together such a tremendous event.”
