Keeper of The Game remembers Mike Coolbaugh
FRISCO, Texas – July 22, 2007 was a day that changed baseball forever.
The loss of Mike Coolbaugh was a tragedy that his family and the game of baseball have endured since that summer day. It goes without question that Mike is missed everyday.
Today, the Keeper of The Game Foundation takes time to remember Mike Coolbaugh; his dedication as a husband and father, his genuine love for his family and his passion for the great game of baseball. We work each day to honor Mike, seeking to remember the good times and working to share Mike’s life with those who never had the blessing of shaking his hand or watching him play or coach.
Today is a day to be thankful for Mike Coolbaugh; his life, his legacy and the footprint he still has in baseball. We would say to any young player, “if you could be just like Mike Coolbaugh, you would be the best.”
